Once completed, the site and domain name belongs to you, with the first year registration paid.
You get a user-name and password for full access to the account anytime you wish.
My one-time fee for this basic package is $250.

The only other fee for a basic site is the low-cost yearly international process required of all domains.
If you allow a small banner ad, there is no monthly fee.

Once your site is up and running, you control it and can make changes anytime.
If you'd like me to help you, my rate is $25/hr.

Should you wish a full hosted site, I'd be happy to discuss your needs.
For these I charge the same hourly rate.
